The Law Office of Frederick J. Hinton is a general practice firm which has practiced in the Richmond Metropolitan area and surrounding counties for the last 49 years. For the last 28 years, my practice has concentrated on providing legal services for real estate transactions; however, I am experienced in many areas of law including small businesses, wills, trusts, traffic and personal injury as well as non-contested divorces.

My real estate practice includes real estate closings, buyer and seller representation, refinances, construction loans and preparation and review of contracts. I have had a long standing relationship with all major title insurance companies, mortgage companies and brokers. My experience enables me to anticipate problems and give legal advice that allows my clients to make well informed decisions. This is especially important in purchasing a home since this is one of the largest purchases you will ever make.

In all areas of my practice, I am in a position to clearly provide my legal knowledge personally to my clients at an affordable price.
